Lead Process EngineerVeolia is currently searching for an experienced engineer to support the production of water filtration membranes. The production of water purification membranes is a growing business which addresses the ever increasing need for water. We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong mechanical, Industrial, or chemical engineer to support our membrane manufacturing facility. Come be a part of this exciting and growing technology!Duties & Responsibilities:Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop process engineers on the teamProvide engineering support for the operation of multiple production lines, including day to day troubleshooting, performance tracking, etc.Own the value stream(s) creation and updates within your respective scopeCollaborate and effectively interface with manufacturing, R&D, quality, maintenance, sales, marketing, and other internal and external support teams to meet EHS, production, quality, cost savings, and new product development goals within schedule and budgetCollect and analyze data to drive improvements that improve safety, quality, cost, and productivityCreate and update bill of materials, routings, and new part numbersDrive process improvements by identifying, developing, and leading continuous improvement projects to meet key production metricsStrong and robust technical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment/production issues – mechanical, chemical, electrical, controlsDevelop, write, and review new process documentationPotential for on call or extended hours supportAid in the ideation and implementation for the shift towards digitizationLead in the ideation and roll out of small to large capital projectsResponsible for training and developing process engineers across the plantQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or universityMinimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing supply chainMinimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supply chain preferredExperience with manufacturing of water filtration products preferredExperience in process control preferredGreen Belt Certified preferredAbility to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutionsStrong organizational skillsAbility to handle diverse activities simultaneouslyAbility to work in a matrix organizationStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively and contribute to team projectsStrong project and team leadershipWhy Veolia?Join a company that values Responsibility, Solidarity, Innovation, Customer Focus, and Respect. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity.
