HYBRID Pre-Registration Representative - 255188 at Medix™ in East Boston, Massachusetts

HYBRID* Pre-Registration Representative (3 Month Summer Contract)

The Pre-Registration Clerk will be answering calls from patients, collecting data and demographics as needed, scheduling appointments for patients to meet with the financial services team and verifying insurance. They will typically handle 30-40 calls per day.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of healthcare registration or insurance verification experience
• Customer service skills
• EPIC
• High School Diploma

Shift/Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm OR 10:30am-7pm
