Join a team where innovation is encouraged, collaboration is valued, and your work helps build a more sustainable future.**The Impact You'll Make*** Work on complex transportation design projects in Indiana.* Create horizontal and vertical alignments and develop detailed 3D roadway models* Perform engineering calculations for pavement design, traffic engineering, and drainage systems* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prepare high-quality deliverables including design drawings, reports, specifications, presentations, and cost estimates* Provide construction phase support by reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and responding to contractor questions* Conduct site visits to evaluate existing roadways and drainage systems* Maintain thorough and organized project documentation**The Expertise You'll Bring*** BS in Civil Engineering* Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification or ability to obtain within 1 year* 0-4 years of relevant experience in transportation engineering* Familiarity with OpenRoads and AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred)* Working knowledge of DOT standards and procedures (preferred)* Strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to collaborate with in-person and remote teams* Excellent time management and organization to work on concurrent projects and deliver projects on time* Sponsorship is not available for this role**Why You'll Thrive at Egis**At Egis, you'll do more than build your career - you'll help shape the future of infrastructure.
