We offer an opportunity to grow within a global semiconductor organization, gaining exposure to diverse hiring projects and cross-functional collaboration, while working closely with an international talent acquisition team across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.Location: Hybrid/Remote from United States, preferred States: NE, SD, AZ, TX, VT, APWhat you would be doing:Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned rolesSource and engage candidates through multiple channelsScreen candidates and coordinate interview processesPartner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring progressBuild and maintain talent pipelines for key positionsEnsure positive candidate experience and timely communicationParticipate in regional/global TA projects and cross-border hiring initiativesSupport recruitment process improvements and TA initiativesWhat you will bring along:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experienceExperience hiring for semiconductors/Electronic component manufacturing industry is a plusStrong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social mediaExperience with ATS systems, experience with Workday is a plusKey CompetenciesStrong execution and organizational skillsProactive sourcing mindsetStakeholder communication and coordinationAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferVishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
