About this Role

As a Donor Relations Coordinator , you'll play a key role in growing and strengthening WTRC's community of supporters. You'll cultivate relationships with individuals, businesses, and organizations, helping inspire generosity that directly supports the life-changing care WTRC provides.

This is more than fundraising-it's about building trust, creating connections, and sharing stories that encourage others to invest in our mission.
What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors.
• Meet with individuals, businesses, and community organizations to secure financial support for WTRC.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events that bring our mission to life.
• Support volunteers and collaborate with teammates to create exceptional donor experiences.
• Conduct tours and represent WTRC throughout the community to increase awareness and engagement.
• Keep donor information current using Raiser's Edge and ensure timely follow-up after meetings and events.
• Make donor thank-you calls and help ensure every supporter feels appreciated.
• Look for new opportunities to expand WTRC's network of community partners and advocates.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in fundraising, donor relations, sales, business development, or relationship management.
• A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about building genuine relationships and inspiring others to support a meaningful cause.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners.
• Willing to learn about WTRC's programs and confidently represent our mission.
• Available to work occasional evenings or weekends for fundraising events.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds when needed for events and activities.
