Role Description

Home Genius Exteriors is rapidly expanding across the Midwest and is on track for $500M+ installed in Year 6. We’re hiring a Window & Door Project Coordinator to manage the communication, scheduling, and logistics that keep our projects running smoothly.

Coordinate all pre- and post-install logistics
Schedule clients, crews, subcontractors, and vendors
Support clients through the remodel process
Recruit and maintain relationships with installation crews
Prepare pre-install inspections and resolve scheduling issues
Order materials/equipment and track vendor deliveries
Verify project expenses, forecasts, and installer compensation
Maintain accurate updates in the company CRM

Qualifications

3+ years of scheduling or administrative experience
Strong tech/CRM skills
Extensive Window & Door knowledge (ProVia preferred)
Professional communication skills
Strong leadership, organization, and customer service
High accountability/ownership
Valid driver’s license

Requirements

Experience with subcontractor networks (preferred)
3+ years in exterior remodeling (windows & doors) (preferred)
Customer service experience (preferred)
