Summary: The Operations Coordinator will assist the Operations Manager with product fulfillment, inventory management, retail sales and customer service for Brush Creek Mercantile. This individual will report to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities Operate the fulfillment warehouse for BCM, from receiving an order to delivery confirmation. This includes maintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment. Ensure fulfillment orders are picked, packed and shipped on time. Troubleshoot and escalate technical and physical workflow issues. Perform customer service functions including fielding calls, emails and web chats. Solve for customer concerns, coordinating with Operations Manager. Perform retail sales functions including greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, and entering sales into Point-of-Sale system. Provide the highest quality of service to customers at all times. Anticipate and exceed customer expectations. Deliver brand service standards. Receive product and manage inventory, utilizing an inventory management program and on-site RFID system. This includes securing inventory and protecting inventory from harmful environmental factors. Maintain relationships with FedEx Express and other shipping partners. This includes utilizing current discounted rates and negotiating new discounts and pick-up frequency when possible.
