Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Associate Attorney in Saint Louis, MO. The firm is expanding its personal injury practice and is looking for an attorney with prior experience who is eager to grow professionally and contribute to a high-performing, results-driven team. Duties Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. Manage a full caseload from intake through resolution, including litigation when necessary. Evaluate claims, analyze liability and damages, and develop case strategy. Handle negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel. Maintain organized case files and ensure timely progression of matters. Contribute to overall firm efficiency through effective case management. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support workflow and operational goals. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing in Missouri (additional jurisdictions a plus). 1-3 years of personal injury or comparable litigation experience required. Demonstrated strong work ethic and a high level of accountability. Ability to manage a demanding caseload with efficiency and attention to detail. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical abilities. Professional judgment and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Interest in contributing to a growing, performance-driven practice. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
