- Assemble and install office furniture systems including desks, cubicles, chairs, and storage units.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues during installations.
- Maintain tools and equipment necessary for furniture assembly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines throughout all projects.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in office furniture installation.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read assembly instructions, blueprints, and project plans.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks related to furniture installation.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
- Valid Driver's License: Required for travel to job sites.
