In this role, the Manager will be in constant contact with Finance Directors within the agencies of PXP and Harbor. The Manager will report to the FP&A Associate Finance Director of the Production BI Hub.Responsibilities:Support on the day-to-day tasks the PXP CFO and the FP&A DirectorAutonomously manage monthly and recurrent FP&A deliverables and oversee tasks workload in coordination with the FP&A DirectorProvide monthly financial reporting highlighting risks and opportunities, with timely and precise analysisLead recurrent tasks in support to the team in terms of reporting, making sure processes are lean and ensure proactive actions for adjustments in coordination with the FPA DirectorSupport on the monthly financial reporting including P&L and TWC (overdue, receivables, wip) for actuals, forecasts, budgets, including revenue reporting and agencies profitabilityWorking in coordination with the FPA Director on costs analysis, HFM organizational structure, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with agency finance leadsAnalyzing budget vs. actual costs to ensure PXP profitability is at target levelAnalyze Business Development data though Salesforce including pitches and prospecting financial information, to ensure consistency in forecasting and budgetingCollect, consolidate, and analyze recurrent requests on the PXP PerimeterCollaborate with Group Corporate Finance team and support the FP&A Director on any other special and transversal project as neededDrive reporting accuracy and interact with other FP&A managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendationsVariance analysis of Actuals vs budgeting, forecasting for all P&L line items, and HeadcountList of indicative tasks and processes the PXP FP&A Manager will be involved in:Actuals / Rolling Forecasts / CommitmentTop clients analysis and reportingOrganic growth calculationRegional Bonus pool trackingTrade Working Capital Capex Forms / Lease FormsSalesForce data reporting and analysisTracking of New Business Pitch costs by monthBusiness Review Presentation (PPT, Consolidation, and Analysis)Forecast Presentation (PPT, Consolidation, and Analysis)Support and coordination of Business Transfers and comparable RestatementsQualifications:Approx. 5 years' work experience in work related experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, and AuditFast learner and establish priorities, to maximize efficiency and collaborate with management to meet deadlinesAbility to establish positive collaboration with the PXP Finance Directors; US FP&A teamsAbility to manage the work remotely as neededAbility to navigate in a fast-paced environment and attention to detailsKnowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesExcellent organizational and problem solving skillsMust be able to work independently as well as in a team environmentExcellent system, interpersonal and communication skillsGood sense of urgency and ownershipExcel proficiency (Macros is a plus)HFM (Hyperion), Smartview or Essbase experience is requiredProficient in Power Point PPTSalesforce is a plusAdditional information:Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
