Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Company Description LawnMaster Inc. is a full-service landscape contractor serving the Triangle and Crystal Coast regions of North Carolina. The company provides commercial and residential landscape maintenance, landscape construction, and irrigation management services. LawnMaster also offers BMP (Best Management Practices) maintenance and snow/ice removal, supporting clients year-round. Team members work with diverse properties and service lines, gaining exposure to a wide range of landscaping and outdoor environment projects. Role Description The Landscape Maintenance Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Raleigh, NC. This role oversees the crew on landscape maintenance properties, directing crew members, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups, as well as monitoring irrigation systems and site conditions. The Foreman coordinates equipment uses, checks visit quality, communicates with supervisors and clients as needed, and maintains accurate records of work performed. The role is hands-on and field-based, requiring regular outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including crew leadership, task delegation, and on-site safety oversight. Ability to work as a team to complete maintenance tasks as efficiently as possible. Candidates should possess equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance skills for mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related landscape tools. Candidates should possess maintenance and plant maintenance skills, including turf care, pruning, planting, and general landscape upkeep. Experience in commercial and residential landscape maintenance or a similar field-based role is preferred. Ability to read and follow work orders, visit notes, and maintenance schedules, with solid organizational and time-management skills. Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and extended periods of walking or standing. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles and trailers is required. High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certifications in landscaping, horticulture, or related fields are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
