Customer Success Manager 120,000 - 165,000 per year | San Francisco, CA | On‑Site | Permanent We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our fast‑paced Tech Services team. This role is integral to our company's success and growth, acting as the critical liaison between our clients and our services. Responsibilities As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for understanding customer outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data and feedback. You’ll drive the success and growth of our customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Qualifications Minimum 3–10 years of experience in a customer success SaaS position Experience working closely with and presenting to C‑level executives Passion for data, technology, and AI Experienced with Salesforce and HubSpot Benefits Salary up to $165,000 Bonus offerings (20%) Medical insurance Dental insurance 401(k) plan Child care support Paid maternity and paternity leave Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
