Administrative Secretary I to Principal

Administrative Secretary I To Principal

Performs a variety of standard clerical duties and secretarial support functions for department or school site administration and assigned staff. Essential functions include scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, managing telephone calls, coordinating tasks, providing staff guidance, maintaining confidential files, processing payroll, responding to inquiries, managing agreements, and ordering office equipment. Knowledge of federal, state, and district rules, customer service, office operations, records management, business English, and basic accounting is required. Skills in document preparation, relationship management, and computer software are necessary. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and one year of professional office experience. Additional requirements include obtaining an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, passing a background check, typing at least 55 wpm, and obtaining an Arizona driver's license. Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work outside normal hours may be required.
