Location: Canada (remote)

Must have: Clinical Research Organization Experience

CRO/Pharma domain experience is must. Candidate should be knowing Clinical/Pharma domain terms like Investigator, Facility, Study, Sites and corresponding Location Not just Healthcare/Life Sciences domain.

JD:

• Drive consensus for a desired future state that meets the business problem and enterprise objectives

• Be able to write SQL

• Uncover needs that business owners and end users could not articulate on their own.

• Identify the requirements to ensure end-to-end service performance from the end user's perspective.

• Appropriately documents business requirements and designs.

• Understand business process complexity and influence business requirements in support of enterprise objectives

• Help business owners communicate solution value to key stakeholders

• Provide accurate project effort estimates, including recognizing the implications of business strategy changes and engaging project stakeholders in the estimation process

• Guide solutions options and business partner decision-making to minimize the amount of project investment divergence from target architecture

• Identify opportunities for creating reusable enterprise services

• Educate developers on a project's business context

• Need familiarity with Microsoft Office, Jira.
