Senior Automation Framework Engineer - Center of Excellence
Are you passionate about building world-class automation frameworks from the ground up? Join our Center of Excellence team where you'll be at the forefront of building and evolving centralized test automation frameworks that power teams across the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Spend 70-75% of your time designing and developing automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API testing - less time in meetings, more time building impactful solutions.
- Work with cutting-edge technologies like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Java, JavaScript, and REST-assured/Karate.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement frameworks, then hand them off to dedicated automation teams.
- Develop frameworks that support modern architectures including AngularJS, React, React Native, and Micro Frontends/Microservices.
- Apply TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) principles.
- Own continuous enhancement of frameworks - we want innovators who don't just build but improve and evolve.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch.
- Strong hands-on experience across mobile, web, and APIs.
- Ability to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Expertise in framework implementation, not just test execution.
- Passion for clean code and engineering excellence.
