Franklin Ford is looking for a motivated, personable, and driven Sales Representative to join our team!

- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Clearly explain vehicle features, options, and benefits
- Maintain consistent follow-up with current and prospective customers
- Work with the sales and management team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout the sales process

- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but motivated candidates from other sales or customer-service backgrounds are encouraged to apply
