About the Role Customer Service Representative/Sales Representative: Full Time (40 hrs week) Responsibilities Job Description: includes but is not limited too: Provide excellent customer service to all customers Handling incoming and out-going merchandise Processing sales and transactions Establishing and building repertoire with customers Knowledge of ASC processing system Handling incoming calls regarding product, stock levels, and order status Communicate with employees between all four locations Product and repair recommendations for clients Evaluate and record all jewelry conditions on incoming repairs Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Required Skills Previous fine jewelry or retail experience preferred but not required Great work ethic and ability to function in a team dynamic Ability to properly communicate with customers and staff Basic computer skills High organizational skills and attention to detail is a must Ability to work weekends and extended holiday hours Preferred Skills Previous fine jewelry or retail experience preferred but not required Pay range and compensation package: $23-$30 hour #J-18808-Ljbffr DeScenza Diamonds
