Phlebotomist

Job Summary Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions. We are looking for a Phlebotomist to join our team in Franklin, TN. The work schedule is Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m.‑4:00 p.m., with rotating weekends. Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other analyses. Enter patient information accurately and promptly into the billing and record systems. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites as needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experienced phlebotomist (minimum 1 year) or phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency. Preferred Qualifications and Additional Standards Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.
