Sales Executive – Experienced consultative sales professional focused on higher education. About the Role Promote and sell Elsevier’s nursing curriculum materials and digital products—including Hesi, Sherpath, Adaptive Quizzing, simulations, and e‑books—to nursing health professionals and higher‑education institutions. Work within a designated territory in North Carolina, residing in the area. The position is field‑based with weekly travel for on‑site customer meetings. Responsibilities Develop new sales and manage existing accounts in the assigned territory. Deliver solution‑based sales presentations, negotiations, and training on both print and digital products. Drive successful implementation and adoption of the solution portfolio for customers. Act as a trusted advisor to higher‑education and C‑suite professionals. Provide in‑depth product training, support, and guidance aligned to curricula. Create and deliver compelling presentations on Elsevier’s suite of products to enhance classroom experience. Track sales pipeline, leads, and sales cycle using Salesforce.com. Qualifications Experience selling technology, higher education, or healthcare/publishing solutions. Proven B2B sales success record. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer‑engagement skills. Track record of successful customer adoption and engagement. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; motor‑vehicle check required. Resident of North Carolina. Compensation National base pay range: $59,600 – $99,300.
