As an Accounting Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience while supporting our Accounting Department with essential financial, clerical, and administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your classroom knowledge in a real-world setting, strengthen your skills, and make a true impact from day one. You will be working out of our corporate office in Reading, PA.

What You'll Do:

• Process checks, deposits, and credit card payments with accuracy and speed
• Follow established procedures to ensure receipts are handled efficiently
• Partner with the Customer Service Team to improve processes and deliver a seamless customer experience
• Reach out to customers for payment clarifications or missed payments
• Support daily operations with scanning, organizing, and cataloging documents

Qualifications:

• A basic understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with accounting software
• At least 1 year of education or experience in general accounting
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, internet, and word processing tools
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
