Product Manager, Agent Data Platform

Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year Requirements:

• Extensive background in product, engineering, or a closely related field, with experience taking products from concept through launch.
• Strong curiosity and a desire to understand user needs from first principles, with comfort operating in ambiguity and building 0-to-1 initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, customers, leadership, and other partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues, ideas, and decisions to different audiences.
• Strong alignment with our values and culture.
• Comfort thriving in a fast-moving startup environment, with adaptability and resilience as priorities.
• Nice to have: experience designing AI-powered products or conversational interfaces.
• Nice to have: experience with enterprise and/or developer products, including SDKs, APIs, and technical tooling.
• Nice to have: experience with Typescript, React, and other programming languages.

• Help us bring enterprise-grade AI agents to market and enable businesses to create AI agents that reflect their brand and identity.
• Solve customer problems for multiple stakeholder groups, including end users, CX managers, and developers.
• Explore new tools and processes for building AI agents and contribute to innovation in a rapidly evolving space.
• Work closely with engineering, design, leadership, and the wider company to shape and deliver a cohesive experience.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to our customers in partnership with sales, go-to-market, and forward-deployed teams.
• Own the product end to end, from initial concept through strong execution, in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
