Product Manager, Agent Studio

Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year Requirements:

• We want someone with 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in developer platforms, AI systems, or other complex technical products.
• We need strong technical depth and the ability to collaborate closely with engineers on system design, including simulation systems, evaluation frameworks, APIs, and platform architecture.
• We are looking for experience building zero-to-one products or platforms, with comfort defining new abstractions and workflows in ambiguous environments.
• We value experience working with AI systems, including familiarity with LLMs and the challenges of building, testing, and iterating on non-deterministic products.
• We are looking for strong product instincts for builder tools, with good judgment for balancing power, flexibility, and usability.

• We will rely on you to define the agent-building experience across journeys, chat, and workflows, creating simple abstractions for complex behavior.
• You will own the Agent Development Life Cycle, shaping how users analyze conversations, make changes, test improvements, and release updates.
• You will design simulation and testing systems that validate agents before deployment and help identify failures with confidence.
• You will define reusable systems through packages so integrations, skills, and agent behaviors can be discovered, reused, and composed modularly.
• You will help integrate AI copilots into the workflow, including deciding how Ghostwriter and Explorer support build and analysis steps.
• You will make agent quality measurable and actionable by defining evaluation frameworks and feedback loops that support continuous improvement.
