Product Manager, Agent Development - Healthcare

Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year Requirements:

• We want someone with 5 to 7+ years of experience building highly technical products.
• Were looking for a background in Product Management or a comparable product development role at Senior Product Manager level or above.
• We need someone who can tailor messaging for prospective customers, including senior executives.
• We value the ability to explain complex technical ideas to both non-technical and technical audiences, including recent developments in AI.
• We prefer a degree in a technical or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Were especially interested in candidates with a genuine passion for healthcare and improving patient and member experiences.
• We also value experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or work with healthcare organizations.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance topics such as HIPAA, PHI handling, and healthcare data privacy is a plus.
• AI-related experience, especially product development for AI agents, is advantageous.
• Some coding experience with React, TypeScript, and Go is beneficial.
• An MBA or equivalent professional experience is welcomed.
• Experience working directly with end customers to influence software development is a strong plus.

• We will partner closely with engineers and customers to build and launch enterprise-grade AI agents for healthcare.
• We will help agents handle thousands of customer conversations each day while supporting coverage questions, provider search, appointment scheduling, billing, and related workflows.
• We will conduct ground-up discovery with providers, payers, RCMs, and pharmaceutical companies to uncover new AI use cases and business opportunities.
• We will act as trusted advisors to our customers and help guide strategic decisions.
• We will engage with customer stakeholders at all levels to identify needs and evaluate requirements.
• We will prepare and deliver demos of our agent.
• We will work with technical counterparts to solve process challenges and remove blockers.
• We will refine our virtual agents so they align with and anticipate customer needs and business processes.
• We will surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the healthcare roadmap.
