Compensation $5,000 sign‑on bonus $27–$34/hour (based on skills assessment) $4.50/hour overnight differential (7p–7a) $4.00/hour weekend differential (Sat 12a – Sun 11:59p) Stack your differentials = $196/week Schedule (The Best Part) ONLY 2 shifts per week = Full‑Time (30 hours) Two 15‑hour shifts: Friday & Saturday | 4p–7a 5 days off every week This is a rare opportunity to work full‑time in ER while maintaining real work‑life balance.
