Location: Washington
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Setting: Telehealth / Remote

We are seeking a Washington-licensed clinician to provide remote counseling services to clients through a secure telehealth platform. This position is a strong match for professionals who want to combine clinical care, schedule consistency, and the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual mental health counseling to clients located in Washington
Develop treatment plans and support client progress over time
Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly
Maintain ethical, confidential, and professional standards of care
Support clients through evidence-informed counseling practices

Requirements

Must hold an active Washington license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Experience in counseling, therapy, psychology, or clinical social work
Comfortable working in a telehealth / remote environment
Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage a virtual caseload with professionalism
