Accounting Manager

System One is assisting a Tulsa company with a search for an Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will work with others who excel in their areas of expertise. This is a direct-hire opportunity with competitive benefits and an onsite work schedule.



Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
• Review journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly/quarterly internal financial statements and management reporting
• Support annual audit activities and internal control documentation/maintenance
• Provide guidance and oversight to accounting staff and support cross-functional requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; some public accounting experience preferred along with corporate accounting experience
• At least one year of supervisory / management experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups)
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and ability to meet deadlines

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
