Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to join a growing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining accurate account information, and supporting daily business operations in a fast-paced office environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and enjoys building positive relationships with clients while ensuring exceptional service.

Required Experience & Skills
• Previous customer service or account management experience required
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer and data entry skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate customer and account records through timely data entry
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments
• Support account management activities and daily office operations
• Prepare, update, and maintain account documentation as needed
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
• Assist the team in meeting departmental goals and workload demands
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in account management, customer service, or office administration
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer proficiency
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment

Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer
• Frequent keyboarding, data entry, and telephone communication
• Occasional lifting of office materials up to 25 lbs
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
