What You'll Do

• Represent our clients professionally in retail locations
• Engage with customers, identify their needs, and present relevant products and services
• Build rapport and develop positive customer relationships
• Learn and apply proven sales techniques through hands-on training and coaching
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development sessions
• Develop leadership skills and, as performance allows, take on additional responsibilities
