We are looking for experienced Bartenders who can handle volume, stay organized, and deliver great guest experiences behind the bar. This role is ideal for someone who is fast, efficient, personable, and confident managing both bar guests and service tickets. Position Overview The Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages, maintaining bar operations, and providing excellent service in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately Manage bar guests while handling a high volume of service tickets Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of the bar Follow all alcohol safety and compliance standards Engage with guests and create a welcoming, energetic environment Work closely with servers and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow Handle cash and process payments accurately Required Qualifications Prior bartending experience in a high-volume setting preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and spirits Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure Positive attitude and strong guest-service skills Reliable and team-oriented On-your-feet role for extended periods What We Offer Strong earning potential through tips Employee discounts on food and merchandise Supportive, family-oriented leadership team This is a great opportunity to work in a busy, well-established restaurant with consistent volume and strong earning potential.
