Job Summary:
The Certified Operating Room Technician (OR Tech) position is located in Apple Valley, California. This role involves supporting a busy acute care hospital with a focus on a variety of surgical cases, requiring flexibility to float between facilities and perform duties in a fast-paced environment. The position is ideal for skilled professionals with experience in surgical settings seeking an opportunity to contribute to patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in CST (Certified Surgical Technologist), 2 years of experience in operating room surgical support, California state license in hand, BLS certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with spine and total joint cases, high-level disinfection, and sterilization practices, robotic (Da Vinci Xi) surgery experience, SPD experience preferred.
• Float: Float to main facility may be required.
• Additional Information: The facility features 6 surgical suites, including dedicated spaces for ENT, general surgery, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, orthopedics, plastics, urology, vascular, and robotics cases. Candidates should have scrub experience, be willing to assist across multiple surgical units, and work during a variety of complex surgical procedures including minimally invasive, robotic, and specialty surgeries.
