Key Responsibilities

• Maintain aseptic technique throughout all OR procedures
• Set up required equipment, instrumentation, and sterile supplies for assigned cases
• Scrub and pass instruments and equipment during surgical procedures
• Pull cases as needed and break down cases at the end of each procedure
• Set up the operating room and supplies needed for the current and following day's schedule
• Remain available for call on an assigned, scheduled basis as required by unit need

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification required
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of aseptic technique in the OR setting
• Ability to scrub a variety of surgical cases and pass instruments proficiently
• Availability for on-call shifts as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedic surgical cases, including sports medicine procedures
• Familiarity with navigational technology used in orthopedic surgeries
• Experience in a high-volume acute care surgical environment
