Recruiting Coordinator Location: Fort Worth, TX Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay Rate: Up to $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Position Overview Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This fully onsite role supports high-volume recruiting for retail store positions across multiple locations and territories. The Recruiting Coordinator will attract and engage applicants, build candidate pipelines, manage job postings and recruitment advertising, support hiring events, and partner closely with Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Managers to address staffing needs. The ideal candidate has at least two years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment such as retail, staffing, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service and is comfortable managing multiple requisitions, recruiting campaigns, and applicant pipelines simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Source and attract applicants through job boards, sponsored advertising, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume retail hiring needs across multiple locations. Create, activate, and maintain job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external job boards. Monitor open requisitions, applicant flow, pipeline activity, and staffing needs. Manage sponsored job advertisements through Indeed and other recruiting platforms. Evaluate recruitment advertising performance and recommend sourcing and sponsorship strategies based on hiring needs and budget considerations. Engage applicants through phone, text, email, and other communication channels. Re-engage previous applicants for new opportunities and targeted recruiting campaigns. Coordinate applicant outreach, scheduling, confirmations, and communications for hiring events and job fairs. Partner with Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Managers to plan and execute hiring events. Prepare applicant rosters, recruiting materials, and event information for field leadership. Assess applicant volume and recommend recruiting strategies to improve hiring event results. Build strong partnerships with field leadership to understand staffing needs and identify recruiting challenges. Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, recruitment advertising, hiring events, and applicant attraction. Follow up on aging applicants, inactive requisitions, and outstanding applicant dispositions. Encourage timely applicant review and status updates to maintain recruiting momentum and a positive candidate experience. Track recruiting metrics, applicant flow, requisition activity, and advertising performance to identify trends and hiring challenges. Maintain accurate applicant and requisition information within the ATS. Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and established hiring practices. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in retail, staffing, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or another high-volume hiring environment. Experience with high-volume recruiting, candidate sourcing, applicant engagement, and pipeline management. Experience supporting hiring events, recruiting campaigns, career fairs, or job fairs. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage requisitions, applicants, communications, and recruiting workflows. Experience with Jobvite, Dayforce, or similar ATS platforms preferred. Experience with Indeed, sponsored job advertisements, recruitment marketing, or paid recruiting campaigns preferred. Demonstrated ability to source and engage applicants through multiple recruiting channels. Ability to analyze applicant flow and adjust sourcing or advertising strategies based on hiring needs. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with candidates and hiring leaders. Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions, candidate pipelines, hiring events, and competing priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently identify solutions to recruiting challenges. Ability to establish credibility and serve as a recruiting resource for Store Managers, District Managers, Regional Managers, and other stakeholders. Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruiting environment. Must be able to work 100% onsite in Fort Worth, TX, Monday through Friday.
