Sr Electrical Estimator at Sweetbrook LLC Sweetbrook LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to support project cost estimation and management in Whippany, USA. Responsibilities Conduct electrical take‑offs and estimate labor hours and material costs. Prepare integrated project schedules in collaboration with field labor supervisors. Review contract drawings, detail drawings, and specifications. Negotiate subcontract agreements and ensure performance. Write and manage subcontracts and purchase orders. Maintain knowledge of general conditions, project scope, and specifications. Lead, mentor, and delegate staff while meeting deadlines. Provide customer‑service oriented support to management and clients. Establish and maintain effective communication across project teams. Source new business opportunities and maintain positive client relationships. Deliver presentations and demonstrate strong interview skills. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 8 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator. Ability to read drawings and complete take‑offs. Experience with estimating software such as PlanSwift. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AccuBid software required. Procore experience preferred. Strong cost control and project budget management skills. Excellent multitasking and flexibility. Ability to conceptually estimate based on preliminary architectural drawings. Strong interpersonal skills with clients, coworkers, and management. Knowledge of scheduling and familiarity with purchase orders, project‑management documents, and contract writing.
