Join Our Team as a Busser/Food Runner at Native Fields LLC!

Native Fields LLC, located in Walnut, CA, is looking for a reliable and energetic Busser/Food Runner to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service to our guests.
What You'll DoAs a Busser/Food Runner at Native Fields LLC, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with clearing, resetting tables, and providing water service.
- Keeping expo and runner stations clean, stocked, and organized.
- Carrying multiple plates and trays safely, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Communicating clearly with servers, expo, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Learning table numbers, seat positions, menu items, and accurately identifying dishes, including allergy and dietary information.
- Supporting other front-of-house (FOH) duties as needed.
We're seeking candidates who are reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Availability : Consistent weekend availability, including Friday–Sunday.
- Transportation : Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Physical Stamina : The ability to stand and move quickly for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to Detail : The ability to learn table numbers, seat positions, and menu items, and identify dishes accurately.
- Teamwork : A collaborative attitude and the ability to take direction effectively.
- Experience : Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
