Senior FP&A Analyst

About the Role The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (FP&A Analyst) is a strategic partner responsible for driving financial performance and supporting executive decision making. The role combines accounting and analytical expertise to interpret results, provide strategic foresight, and manage integrated planning and budgeting cycles within a high-volume manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and reporting for assigned business units. Conduct variance analysis of actual results versus forecasts for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow (FCF) to drive accountability. Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis, long-range planning, and capital expenditures. Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations to improve performance. Synthesize data from various departments (Engineering, Operations, etc.) to determine root causes and create solutions. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in partnership with cross-functional teams. Prepare executive-ready presentations and reports for senior leadership. Standardize FP&A processes and tools to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or a similar finance function, preferably in manufacturing. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), and BI tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and take initiative independently. Compensation The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $87,375 and $128,150 annually. Final base salary will be determined on an individual basis, taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications. Compensation may also include performance-based annual bonus eligibility.
