Delivery Specialist - Hub

Compensation Pay Range: $15.16 - $22.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance premiums in specific circumstances. Responsibilities Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and distribution center. Maintain a valid state driver's license and meet company driving eligibility requirements. Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop; deliver to appropriate store. Maintain daily city route manifest and ensure accuracy. Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure. Familiarize with accident report guidelines and complete if necessary. Ensure designated team member verifies invoices and signs the route manifest. Deliver according to set schedule, reporting any delays to city delivery supervisor and/or remaining stores. Project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations. Communicate problems or special needs from stores to store management. Clock in and out in accordance with company policy. Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage before operating vehicle each day. Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to store manager. Ensure fuel tank is filled, lock and secure vehicle at end of day. Drive safely and defensively. Qualifications Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Good interpersonal communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations. Driving record that meets the company’s 14/18-point system.
