Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Home Sales Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delray Beach, FL. The Home Sales Analyst will be responsible for analyzing home sales data, preparing reports, supporting the sales team with insights, conducting market research, and building relationships with potential and current residents. The role also involves assisting in financial performance analysis and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales strategies. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills with proven ability to analyze data and generate insights Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Experience in Finance and understanding of sales performance metrics Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to support effective home sales processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant data analysis tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of the manufactured housing or real estate industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Maplewood Communities
