Pharmacy Manager - Sign-On Bonus Available

Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive patient care through prescription dispensing, immunizations, and pharmacy programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage pharmacy operations, oversee inventory flow, analyze financial data, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Lead community outreach and promote a culture of patient safety and compliance. Supervise and develop associates, fostering a supportive team environment. Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation. Communicate effectively to meet customer needs and resolve issues. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, valid pharmacy license, and completion of immunization training. Preferred experience includes U.S. pharmacy-related work.
