Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Cardiovascular Community - Farmington, MI

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Therapeutic Area Specialist for its cardiovascular portfolio in Michigan. This field-based role drives adoption of BMS medicines through scientific engagement with healthcare providers, building credibility with regional thought leaders and community physicians while meeting sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Promote approved BMS cardiovascular indications within assigned territory to meet sales targets in compliant manner
• Conduct scientific dialogue and in-office presentations with healthcare providers on product-related information consistent with label
• Organize and facilitate external speaker programs using approved speakers from BMS Speakers Bureau
• Develop and implement comprehensive territory and account plans using available analytics tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other field teams and internal stakeholders to optimize healthcare provider experience

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in sales, medical affairs, healthcare, or nursing
• Proven ability to communicate clinical and scientific data accurately to physicians
• Demonstrated track record building customer credibility and exceeding sales goals
• Cardiovascular disease experience preferred
• Strong account management, selling competencies, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to drive business results
