Physical Therapy Clinic Coordinator TOC- The Orthopaedic Center Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring adequate staffing to cover patient census. Update performance reviews at scheduled intervals, approve time cards, verify hours worked/time off taken. Collaborate with Therapy Director and Office Manager to hire therapists, scheduling staff, and aide positions in certain locations. Order supplies for the clinic or work with the supply department to ensure coverage for wound care, cleaning, and general office supplies. Address employee or patient matters on site as they arise; work closely with HR and the Director of Therapy when more action is required. Qualifications Degree from an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy Program. Current Physical Therapy License in the state of Alabama. CPR Certified. Must be able to use arms, hands, and fingers skillfully; frequent use of forceful exertion during treatment. Frequent moving, pushing, pulling of heavy patients and/or equipment; constant standing and walking. Must be agile and able to work efficiently in space-limited areas; consistently work at a productive pace. Must readily adapt to frequent treatment schedule changes. Capable of directing staff to ensure an engaging environment for staff and patients that aligns with the goals and mission of TOC. Ability to work under pressure; outstanding organizational, verbal, and writing skills; independent and highly motivated; initiative and self-discipline; proven positive, teamwork attitude in work history. Position Requirements Required Education: Physical or Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Required License/Certification: Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Alabama.
