The role

We are looking for an in-house Social Media Content Specialist to own our social presence end

to end. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social — you'll plan it, shoot

it, write it, post it, and lead where we go next. You won't just keep the Facebook page warm;

you'lll build a modern, multi-platform content engine with short-form video at its center.

You'll be the voice of Keepsake Quilting across every feed, translating gorgeous fabric and

finished projects into content that stops the scroll. You'lll also grow our reach through the quilting

creator community — recruiting brand ambassadors and building partnerships that put us in

front of new audiences. And because we';re a tight-knit team, you'll lend a hand in the day-to-day

of running the business, especially where social and our online marketplaces overlap.

What you'll do

Lead and run our social media

• Own the full content lifecycle across TikTok, Instagram (Reels, Stories, posts), Facebook,

Pinterest, and YouTube — from idea to caption to publish.

• Set the social strategy: build the content calendar, define what we post and when, and

decide where we should be experimenting next.

• Produce short-form video that performs — trends, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, product

features, and storytelling that connects with quilters.

• Grow our audience and engagement, and report on what is working with metrics that

actually matter.

• Engage the community: respond to comments and DMs, spotlight customer projects, and

build genuine relationships with our followers and creators.

Create the content

• Photograph and film products, fabrics, kits, and finished quilts — styling shots and

capturing video that looks polished and on-brand.

• Edit video and photos for each platform, writing copy and captions in a warm,

knowledgeable voice.

• Keep a steady pipeline of fresh content so our feeds never go quiet.

Build a creator & Ambassador program

• Identify and reach out to quilters, fabric artists, and craft creators whose audience fits ours,

and recruit them as brand ambassadors.

• Build and manage an affiliate/ambassador program — set up partnerships, share product

and discount codes, track performance, and nurture ongoing relationships.

• Negotiate and coordinate collaborations, gifting, and sponsored content, keeping it

authentic to the Keepsake Quilting brand.

• Measure what each creator partnership drives and double down on the relationships that

work.
