Overview
Our virtual advisory team is looking for ambitious, customer-focused individuals to launch a high-earning career in financial services. You will use our proven model, modern software, and direct mentorship to help clients protect their futures with customized life insurance and retirement plans.
Core Responsibilities
- Consult Warm Leads: Meet virtually with qualified, pre-screened prospects, no cold calling.
- Assess & Present: Evaluate financial goals and present tailored insurance and annuity options.
- Manage Pipeline: Track interactions and guide clients through the sales process using our CRM.
- Build Relationships: Maintain post-sale contact to drive retention and client referrals.
- Stay Compliant: Keep up-to-date on product offerings and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Commission-Driven: High motivation to excel in an uncapped, performance-based earnings model.
- Strong Communicator: Clear, empathetic verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Disciplined: Ability to stay organized, focused, and productive while working remotely.
- Coachability: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and apply leadership feedback.
- Experience: Background in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
