We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Business Development Representative to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance options. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications. Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services. Assist customers in identifying options that align with their needs and preferences. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events. Track activity goals and contribute to office business objectives. Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. Qualifications Organizational and multitasking abilities. Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to daily activities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Experience in customer service, account management, business development, or marketing preferred Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
