$102,300 - $187,300 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Leverage our proven systems to identify and connect with prospective buyers and sellers, building a robust client base.
• Guide clients through the entire real estate process, from initial consultation to closing, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
• Collaborate with our experienced mentors to refine your sales techniques and develop effective client engagement strategies.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions to enhance your market knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Utilize our high commission structure to maximize your earnings as you grow your client portfolio.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, providing clients with detailed insights and information to aid their decision-making process.
