Compensation:

$123,500 - $295,050 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating leads through various channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
• Engage with potential buyers and sellers, building strong relationships and trust.
• Follow up with leads promptly and effectively, nurturing them through the sales process.
• Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to understand the nuances of real estate transactions from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
• Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and taking initiative in a professional setting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
