The Opportunity

We are expanding our presence across Asia and building our consultant talent pipeline in Singapore to support global clients in energy, engineering, and major capital projects. This is a leadership and transformation consulting role, not an HR or IT/technology position.

What You’ll Do

• Partner directly with C-suite and senior executives to drive organizational transformation and elevate leadership performance.
• Design and facilitate high-impact workshops that shape culture, execution, and project outcomes.
• Lead transformation engagements across major infrastructure, energy, and capital programs throughout the region.
• Coach leaders and project teams to deliver breakthrough performance on complex, high-stakes initiatives.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience 

• 6–10+ years of experience in transformation, change leadership, organizational performance, or large-scale capital project consulting.
• A track record of delivering measurable business results with senior executives and project leaders.
• Commercially astute, globally minded, and confident navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time (approximately 2–3 weeks per month) 

 

Practical Details

• Location: Singapore (includes active engagement across Singapore and China, with regional travel)
• Salary Range: USD $100,000–$150,000 (country-specific currency equivalent applies)
