What You’ll Do

• Set up and run CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines-not just load parts.
  
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and tight tolerances with confidence.
  
  
• Make offsets and basic program edits on controls like Fanuc, Haas, or Mazak.
  
  
• Select tooling, dial in cutting parameters, and perform fixture setup and part changeovers.
  
  
• Handle first article and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, bore and height gauges.
  
  
• Support preventative maintenance and help keep machines running reliably.
  
  

What You Bring

• 3-10+ years of CNC machining experience.
  
  
• Strong setup and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Solid understanding of feeds/speeds, materials (steel, aluminum, stainless), and tooling.
  
  
• Quality mindset, attention to detail, and reliability-especially when you’re the one the shop counts on over the weekend.
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• CAD/CAM experience (Mastercam, Fusion 360).
  
  
• Multi-axis (4th/5th), prototype, or short-run production experience.
  
  
• Proven record of reducing scrap and improving cycle times.
