What You Will Do: The Nurse Manager of our Medical/Surgical and Telemetry unit provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is responsible for achieving unit, departmental, and organizational goals through effective management of clinical operations, staff development, and performance improvement initiatives. She/he will foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, engagement, and professional growth. Who Should Apply: Master of Nursing (MSN) (Required). Applicants with a Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate into a Master’s of Nursing (MSN) program. One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience. Minimum of 7 Years of Experience in clinical nursing (Required); nursing experience in Interventional Radiology strongly preferred; registered nursing or nursing leadership experience preferred. Previous clinical management experience strongly preferred. Experience navigating rapidly changing situations, from evolving patient needs to technological advancements, by remaining flexible, continuously learning, embracing new challenges, and quickly recovering from setbacks. Salary Range: Minimum 63.31/hour - Maximum 98.13/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
