Job Title Principal Engineer, DDEG DTCO Responsibilities Manage PDK change processes across design, integration, modeling, design rules, and CAD Develop and run PDK verification and benchmarking flows Drive issue resolution with cross‑functional partners Plan and schedule PDK releases and development milestones Review, handle, and disposition ongoing PDK change requests Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years semiconductor industry experience in PDK management, DTCO or related areas Experience leading PDK development or verification workflows Experience with StarRC, Finesim, and Calibre Working knowledge of Schematic Capture, Layout, DRC, LVS, Parasitic Extraction tools and flows Programming skills in Skill, Python and Bash Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced environments Knowledge of semiconductor technology, device physics, compact modeling, design rules, and CAD Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Micron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
