Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the crew to maintain high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness
• Coordinate staff training and ensure a harmonious working environment
• Handle Human Resource issues and conduct necessary meetings
• Control inventory and payroll to meet company standards
• Maintain building, equipment, and cash procedures

Job Requirements:

• Prior shift management experience in a restaurant or retail setting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work all shifts and weekends
